Terms of Service

Welcome to Aurora Crew! These terms apply to every Aurora Crew application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

By installing or using our apps, you agree to follow these Terms, the Aurora Crew Privacy Policy, and the latest store policies published by Google and Apple. Please read this summary carefully before continuing.

Aurora Crew builds for regulated marketplaces. The highlights below explain how to stay safe, compliant, and confident while using our apps across both stores.

Platform compliance

Keep the platform secure. Use Aurora Crew in line with Google Play and App Store developer policies.

You agree not to:

  • Probe, scan, or test Aurora Crew systems or store infrastructure, or bypass platform security controls.
  • Access non-public areas of Aurora Crew services or the Stores, or manipulate ratings, reviews, or rankings.
  • Reverse engineer any part of the apps beyond what applicable law explicitly allows.
  • Disrupt another user’s experience through malware, spam, denial-of-service attacks, or similar tactics.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or redistribute store listings or proprietary content.
  • Send deceptive communications, impersonate another person or entity, or share infringing material.
  • Violate the privacy or legal rights of others, or encourage anyone else to do so.

Subscriptions and billing

Transactions run through the stores. Aurora Crew never sees or stores your payment card details.

Remember:

  • Purchases: Google Play or Apple charges your account when you confirm a plan.
  • Renewals: Plans renew automatically. Cancel in your store account at least 24 hours before the current period ends to stop the next charge.
  • Trials and refunds: Free-trial time ends when a paid plan starts. Refunds are handled by the Stores under their own policies.
  • Usage tiers: Paid tiers unlock unlimited premium features. Free tiers may use daily or session-based limits, which are described inside the app.

User content and licenses

Your license to use Aurora Crew. Install and use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we approve something different in writing.

To protect everyone’s rights, you agree not to:

  • Copy, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, or redistribute Aurora Crew content without written consent.
  • Upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates store restricted-content rules.
  • Misuse device permissions, export Aurora Crew software to embargoed territories, or violate any applicable export law.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. By submitting it, you grant Aurora Crew a license to host, process, and display that content so the services function as promised.

Disclaimer

Aurora Crew complies with Google Play and App Store enforcement requirements. Accounts or apps that violate these Terms, store policies, or intellectual-property laws may be suspended or removed without notice. We may also work with store teams or law-enforcement agencies when required.

We terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe, or appear to infringe, the rights of copyright holders.
